Terms of service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between ManaSoft 360 Company Limited ("we") and the person or company that creates a ManaConnect account ("you", "Business"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you accept for a company, you confirm that you may bind it.

2. The service

ManaConnect lets a Business connect its own WhatsApp Business account and use an automated assistant, an inbox, and related tools to answer customers, take orders and bookings, and send reminders and invoices. Features may change as the service develops. Pilot features may be limited or removed.

3. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your login details secret. You are responsible for activity under your account and by your staff.
• You must be allowed to use the WhatsApp number you connect.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. WhatsApp and Meta rules

ManaConnect uses the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. You must follow Meta's terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and the Business Solution Policy. Meta may limit, restrict or block a number or account, change prices, or reject message templates. We are not responsible for Meta's decisions.

5. Your responsibilities

• Consent. Message only customers who have agreed to hear from you, as the rules require, and honor requests to stop.
• Content and information. You are responsible for the prices, products, policies and other information you give the assistant, and for keeping them accurate and up to date.
• Lawful use. Do not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, abusive or harmful, for spam, or for content that Meta or the law prohibits.
• Oversight. The assistant is automated and can make mistakes. You should review conversations, set sensible limits, and be ready to take over. You remain responsible for orders, bookings, promises and payments made through your account.
• Sensitive services. The assistant must not be used to give medical, legal or financial advice. Urgent or sensitive matters should be handed to a person.

6. Your data

You keep ownership of your content and your customers' information. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any notices needed to share your customers' information with us.

7. Fees and payment

Plans, prices and any message costs charged by Meta are shown when you subscribe or in your agreement with us, and may be paid by mobile money or other methods we offer. Unpaid accounts may be suspended after notice. Pilot terms may differ and will be agreed in writing or by email.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. It depends on Meta, internet and other providers that we do not control.

9. Suspension and ending

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, risks harm or security, or when Meta or the law requires it. After an account ends we handle data as described in the privacy policy, and you can ask us to delete it.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost sales or profits, or for losses caused by Meta's actions, by the assistant's replies, or by information you provided. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are important we will tell you, and continued use means you accept them.
